Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to these terms & conditions.

Personal Information
The personal information you provide will be used to ensure that deliveries can be done, and also for a credit assessment & frauds. We also use the information provided to communicate with you. You have the right to inspect any information held about you. You have the right to request DAD of Sweden to delete or change any information we have stored about you. (Invoice records must be saved by law for 7 years.) 

Events outside DAD of Sweden's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered as force majeure, meaning that DAD of Sweden is released from their obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Order
All products remain, DAD of Sweden's property until full payment is made. All transactions conducted through DAD of Sweden are handled through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is never stored and all card information is handled over secure SSL encryption. When you make a purchase, our website makes a risk and fraud analysis on the information provided. DAD of Sweden has the right to cancel your order and refund you if the system detects a high risk of fraudulent behavior.

All items are shipped from Sweden. 

Shipment Information
We have been using UPS for many years and have established good shipment options to ensure that your delivery can be made safely. Please understand that we will not be held responsible for delays that may occur due to incorrect shipping addresses, incorrect phone numbers, weather delays, customs delays, or other UPS related delays that are out of our control. Should your shipment need further investigation we will do everything to help and resolve the situation.

Customs, Taxes, and Other Duties
Understand that you are responsible for any, and all customs taxes, duties, and import charges that may occur upon the package arriving in your country. These charges are different depending on your countries rules. If a package is returned because of refusal to pay the customs fees you will not be applicable for a refund and no exceptions will be made.

Buyers in the UK, check with your local customs about the new rules because of Brexit before making a purchase. There will be customs fees and other duties. Minimum purchase value to the UK is $200.
