Jewelry Care
The more you take care of your jewelry, the longer it will last.
We recommend the following:
• Always store your jewelry in a dry place.
• Store your jewelry separately to avoid damage.
• Remove dirt/oils with a soft cloth before storing.
• Do not use perfume/lotions directly on your jewelry.
• Do not use jewelry when doing physical activities.
Do not use your jewelry while swimming, showering, or bathing. Do not wash your hands with jewelry on as chemicals in the soap can cause a reaction and lead to oxidation and fading over time.
Chains & Bracelets
When putting your chain or bracelet on, open the clasp carefully without force. Make sure to line up your chain/bracelet without it being twisted or tangled.
Stone Jewelry
All our stones are natural and each stone is unique in both color and pattern. Stone rings and stone pendants should be handled with extra care. Carelessness with stone jewelry can lead to stones getting cracked or stones falling off.
Cuff Bracelets
Before first use: Carefully bend open the cuff bracelet enough so you can slide it on your wrist and gently squeeze it into place for a comfortable fit. Do not bend your cuff before every use as this will put an unnecessary force each time and it can eventually break.
How to clean
Regularly clean your jewelry with a soft cloth to maintain its brightness and shine. Use light pressure and do not over-polish with the soft cloth. If your jewelry is very dirty then a quick rinse in lukewarm water helps you get rid of excess residue. Make sure to dry your jewelry with a clean soft cloth thoroughly before storing. Do not store wet jewelry, always make sure it is completely dry before storing.
Do not use ultrasonic cleaners or silver polishing agents on the jewelry.
Scratches and dents from everyday wear are normal and should be expected.
