All orders are prepared and shipped within 2-4 business days. The estimated delivery time is after your order has been scanned by the shipping company and does not include weekends, holidays, or national days. Express shipping will not speed up our handling time, which is 2-4 business days.

If you want to return any of your items, this is possible within 14 days after you have received your order. After 14 days we are not able to process any returns anymore. For all return requests, you must email info@dadofsweden.com with your order number to get more instructions.

Everything must be returned in the same original unused condition. We do not accept any returns if an item has been used or damaged. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee + any customs fees.

Paid shipping on orders is non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges: Inside the EU

If you wish to exchange the size of an item and you live in the EU this is possible within 14 days after you have received your order. After 14 days we are not able to process any exchanges anymore. You are responsible for sending the item (s) back to us that you wish to exchange. Once we have received your item (s) we will send you the new size.

Returns & Exchanges: Outside the EU

All returns made from outside the EU are subject to a $30 return fee. We are not able to offer exchanges on orders made from outside the EU.

Once your return has arrived and cleared inspection we will refund you by the same method that you used when you placed the order. Depending on your payment method and bank, refunds can take 5-10 business days. Paid shipping on orders is non-refundable.
